Rhinitis Chinese Medicine

Rhinitis is a common, seasonal or 鼻敏感中醫 repetitive condition with signs and symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and discomfort in the conjunctiva, throat and nose. The reason is the increased sensitivity of the nasal mucosa to pollen, dust mites, mold spores, animal hair, saliva, vapors and some food.

What is hay fever?

Seasonal rhinitis is commonly referred to as hay fever. It is an increased reaction to herbs and pollen that have a limited seasonal spread. This can be asymptomatic during the rest periods of the year. Its main features include sneezing, a bountiful runny nose and sensitive itchy eyes.

Perennial rhinitis occurs all year round. It is an increased reaction to animal dander, dust, mold spores, cold air and some vapors. Signs and symptoms can be intermittent or repetitive. In general, signs and symptoms are less pronounced and include mild itching, discomfort or congestion of the nose and eyes with periodic deterioration.

How does Chinese medicine treat rhinitis?

Chinese medicine considers rhinitis a disadvantage of wei qi. Whey qi is a protective system of the body that works under the dermis. Its base is in the yang of the kidney and sent to the surface by the lungs. Its surface includes the mucous membranes of the nose and throat. Where this is bad, it cannot fight the pathogen attack, which leads to an increased response to the inhaled particles.

Each person’s rhinity is unique. Although they may be similar, weakness in human organs can alter symptoms, duration and manifestation. People with this disease may have more nasal congestion than a runny nose, or their rhinitis may have a late onset, that is, when they become adults.

How does a Chinese doctor fight my hay fever?

The doctor of Chinese medicine treats rhinitis in stages. First, they will try to control the acute phase. Then they look at the root cause and try to fix it. This phase of therapy can vary greatly in duration and may include acupuncture and herbal recipes as well as diet and lifestyle advice. While many patients respond within two or three months, others may need more than 12. This should be taken into account when considering the possibility of seeking Chinese medical therapy. For example, if you have seasonal hay fever, getting treatment before the expected time of year may reduce the deprivation of these conditions at the beginning of the year. Aron), the percentage of the entire population on the planet, people and animals, has a particularly sensitive nervous system. This sensitivity is obvious not only from a psychological point of view, but can also be demonstrated in the laboratory by levels of physiological arousal in response to stimulation.

The sensitive nervous system has important consequences for the person. It is a source of strength and talent, but with poor management it can also lead to deprivation and suffering. The main problem for a sensitive person is that society is created for the less sensitive. This is due to the fact that many sensitive people develop low self-esteem, as in many situations they do not always work as well as their less sensitive siblings.

But once sensitive people are aware of their special needs and abilities, they can begin to get rid of any negative labels they have acquired and adopt life strategies that fully exploit their strengths.

What kind of forces are they? First of all creativity and fantasy. No wonder all artists are sensitive. However, sensitive people from all walks of life have more imagination and creativity than usual. Mindfulness is another force. The lab has shown that the sensitive nervous system absorbs about ten times more information from the situation than the insensitive nervous system. (This trait creates a vulnerability to overload, from which a sensitive person should beware.)

Sensitive people also very easily read their own feelings and feelings of others, often have a high level of empathy and are aware of the needs of others. Sensitive people also have a strong intuition. They also have more than average ability to think things, think subtly and develop wisdom. Many have a strong calling on one of the spiritual paths.

It may seem that Intelligent is a somewhat exotic and not quite necessary version of the human race. Not really! Sensitive people form a personnel reserve from which the best ideas are born. Not only that, but they also provide a source of wise influence and a steady hand for the Hunters/Warriors, who tend to spoil everything when left alone.

The key point is that being sensitive is not the same as being weak. Many brave and inventive soldiers were sensitive. I immediately remember Orda Wingate, the leader of the Chindites in Burma during World War II. And without the determined and innovative efforts of empathetic people, many of our most precious achievements would never have been achieved. Just look at Abraham Lincoln or Mahatma Gandhi to see an effect that can have a sharp sensitivity.

Sensitive people are much more aware of their surroundings – feelings, atmosphere, energy of others, etc. – and feel things much more strongly. It can bring great joy. After all, feelings are the juice of life. A sensitive person can truly appreciate romantic relationships, art, music, nature and spirituality – all with great depth and wealth.

The problem is that the inevitable failures of everyday life can affect the sensitive more than others. Hostile words that others throw can hurt us for a while. This is despite our efforts not to disturb. It could undermine our self-esteem. Especially when others claim to be upset stupid or weak. “Just light up” or something, they say, for the best of intentions.

In truth, feeling something never hurts. Our feelings should guide us. They tell us what to do and what we don’t need and when to act. For example, anger or resentment can be a sign that we should speak for ourselves. Sensitive people should respect their feelings and what they feel so much more than anyone else. It is much better to feel a lot of things, including some pain (which also serves us) than, like many others, numb and dissociated with a slight capacity for empathy or happiness.

However, we still need to take steps to protect our vulnerability. It’s not the fault. We just care about our needs, just like others. To love, grow, and develop meaningful relationships, we need to share our feelings with others. Unfortunately, thanks to the exchange of blues, many sensitive people have learned to limit themselves, even to deny themselves in this area. The way for a sensitive person to thrive here is to set clear boundaries, decide what to share and share with the right people. They often, but not always, themselves show sensitivity.

Often, when we first meet someone, we get an alarm – dive inside, inhale, etc. The temptations to do this can be strong, loneliness – pure, the desire of someone important, important business reasons, etc. Any immediate benefit is almost always outweighed by long-term damage. So “leave it if you’re in doubt” or at least consult a trusted friend if you can.

Here are some questions to consider in our relationship: “Is it comfortable for me to be truly open to this person?”, “On what grounds have they shown their sensitivity to me and my feelings?” Keep in mind that if something goes wrong, you are more likely to suffer a lot more than they do.

No matter how careful we are, sometimes we’ll get hurt. Unfortunately, many people feel good at the expense of others, usually not feeling guilty or even realizing that they are doing it. We retreat, lick our wounds, and go out wiser and more careful. However, over time we can develop more and more skills in this area and get more comfort and pleasure in our relationships.
